D. Buffering Station (ME-3003)

E. Printing/ Baking Station (ME-3004)
1. 3-Arm Transportation Mechanism:
     a. 2 cylinders travel in a distance of 75 mm controlled by 4 magnet reed switches and 4 speed control valves
     b. Transportation plate has 3 sets of independent sucker.
         Each sucker has its vacuum generator, 1 f mm nozzle, 690 mm-Hg.
         Plate travels a distance of 20 mm. It is controlled by 2 magnet reed switches and 2 speed control valves.
2. Code Printing Unit:
     a. Fixed-focus reflective sensor, 24 VDC, NPN (normally open) signal output
     b. Air nozzle simulates printing process controlled by 2 pressure regulators &2 end position detectors.
3. Baking Unit:
     a. Heater (AC 220V), temperature is controllable.
     b. Fan ( 24 VDC)
     c. Cylinder moves the fan and heater a distance of 75 mm.  
          It is controlled by 2 air pressure regulators and 2 proximity switches.
